Want to train 1 on 1 with a Personal Trainer? With a friend? In a small group? In a class? Your entire team or even school? There is an option for every athlete, at every level.
Understanding where your body is at and how to best train it to reach your goals starts with an assessment. Have a 1 on 1 personal training session with a sport performance specialist to evaluate what postural, mobility, and flexibility constraints that are preventing you from being at your peak athleticism. Identify what muscle groups are overactive and underactive. Get a baseline test of your explosiveness and speed as an athlete. From the assessment, work with a coach to plan the best path forward to attaining your goals and optimizing your athleticism.
PERSONAL & SEMI-PRIVATE TRAINING
Our most individualized program, personal training and semi-private training allows your workout routine to address exactly where your body is at. We attack weaknesses, build on strengths, and adapt to the athlete's ever-changing work and stress load. Before starting personal or semi-private training, set up an assessment with one of our sports performance specialists.
SMALL GROUP TRAINING
Have a group of friends with similar goals? Set up a small group training session. In a group of 4-6 athletes, push and compete against each other on your path toward athletic optimization.
STRENGTH TRAINING CLASS
Learn the fundamentals of proper strength training while following a program that is designed to develop explosive, resilient athletes.
Introductory and elite strength training classes available.
SPEED AND AGILITY CLASS
Speed is a skill that can be learned and developed. Get instruction on the fundamentals of acceleration and top-end sprinting, and compete with similar-aged athletes in various speed and agility drills.
