SPEED IS CRUCIAL TO YOUR SUCCESS AS AN ATHLETE. HOWEVER, PEOPLE BELIEVE THEY ARE STUCK WITH HOWEVER FAST THEY CURRENTLY ARE... WRONG, SPEED CAN BE TRAINED.

LEVEL 3 (AGES 14- 18)
MONDAY OR TUESDAY 6:45 - 7:30 PM
LEVEL 2 (AGES 12- 14)
MONDAY or TUESDAY 5:30 - 6:15 PM
WEDNESDAY or THURSDAY 5:30 - 6:15 PM
LEVEL 1 (AGES 9- 12)
MONDAY or TUESDAY 7:30 - 8:15 PM
WEDNESDAY or THURSDAY 7:30 - 8:15 PM
