Private & Semi-Private Training Sessions

Monday/Wednesday: 4:30pm or 5:30pm*

Tuesday/Thursday: 4:30pm or 5:30pm*

*times based on the availability of Coach and level of athlete

Speed Training

Level 3 Athletes (Ages 14-18): Monday or Tuesday 6:45pm-7:30pm

Level 2 Athletes (Ages 12-14): Monday - Thursday 5:30pm-6:15pm

Open Gym

Friday: 2pm-5:30pm

Saturday: 10am-12pm

Arm Care

Level 3 Athletes (Ages 14-18): Monday - Thursday 6:30pm-6:45pm

Level 2 Athletes (Ages 12-14): Monday - Thursday 6:15pm-6:30pm
