MONDAY/WEDNESDAY: 3:30, 4:30, 5:30 OR 8:30 PM*
TUESDAY/THURSDAY: 5:30 PM OR 8:30 PM*
*times based on the availability of Coach and level of athlete
SPEED TRAINING
LEVEL 3 ATHLETES (AGES 14-18): MONDAY, TUESDAY, THURSDAY 6:45 PM - 7:30 PM
LEVEL 2 ATHLETES (AGES 12-14): MONDAY - THURSDAY 5:30 PM - 6:15 PM
OPEN GYM
FRIDAY: 2 PM - 5:30 PM, 6:30-7:30
SATURDAY: 10 AM - 12 PM
