Dates: June 6th to August 6th, Monday-Thursday 9am-11am & Saturday Mornings

WHAT TO EXPECT
Pre-Summer Assessment & Baseline Testing* 
  • Mobility assessment

  • Baseline speed, strength and power assessment 

  • Optional baseline throwing velocity and hitting exit velocity

Speed Training
  • Learn proper sprint technique for acceleration, max velocity and change of direction

  • Decrease 10 yard, 30 yard and 60 yard sprint times

  • Increase agility and lateral quickness

  • Develop “light feet”

  • Increase work capacity and decrease fatigue

Shoulder Care Routine
  • ​Learn and execute a simple shoulder care routine to increase throwing velocity, and prevent shoulder and elbow pain

Recovery

Sleep

  • Learn the simple hacks to maximize your sleep quality and quantity

  • Track your sleep duration and quality - (more details to be released) 

Unlimited Access to Recovery Center 

  • Cold Exposure Therapy

    • Weekly ice baths in The Cold Plunge

  • Compression Massage Therapy

    • Access to Normatec Compression for legs, arms and hips

  • Percussion Massage Therapy

    • Unlimited use of Hyperice massage guns, foam rollers and spheres

Hydration 

  • Hydration Tracking and Monitoring

Strength Training
  • Increase leg strength, rotational power, and shoulder stability and strength

  • Progressive overload of primary power lifts and sport specific movements

  • Learn proper technique and ideal biomechanics positions 

  • Track strength numbers

  • Increase lean muscle mass

Mobility/ Flexibility/ Injury Prevention
  • Learn the specific stretches and mobility exercises for your body

  • Engrain the proper movements and positions to reduce injuries

Nutrition
  • Learn the science and implement the simple habits to increase muscle mass, decrease fat, and increase energy

  • Weekly weigh ins and accountability checks
